Our story

The crest above the arch still marks the entrance.

Look above the entry and you’ll find a plaster shield cast when the building went up in 1924. It became the mark you see throughout this site.

Topeka Street Apartments is a contributing property in Pasadena’s Historic Highlands landmark district, with its arched doorways, wrought-iron details, and Spanish Colonial form intact.
